Report Information about the SISP scholarship Fund Fraudster Shaker International Scholarship Programmes (SISP), a non-profit organization operated in Bangladesh by Mr. M. Shaker, a citizen of the world, has reported a serious case of embezzlement involving its Scholarship Program. On 12/04/2025 approx. 1.8 million BDT in cash & office electronics worth 500,000/- along with other assets, were misappropriated by 2 employees of the SISP: (1) Md Shahad Anwar Shadhin, Father: Shah Md. Rafiqul Islam, Mother: Shahnaz Parveen, Address: House: 90, Road: 9, Post: Nishat Nagar, PS Tongi West, District: Gazipur. (2) Samia Islam Farzana (student of Government Titumir College), Father: Md. Idris Ali Rana, Mother: Shilpi Begum, Address: House: 2/19/8, 4th Floor, Flat 3-A, Road No. 10, Mohammadpur Housing PS: Adabor, Dhaka-1207. Legal proceedings Case No. CR-3717/2025 has been filed against them. SISP requests to send any information regarding the whereabouts of accused.
