Operation Bangladesh

Operation Bangladesh humanitarian vision

⚠️ Confidential Project Notice

Operation Bangladesh is a large-scale humanitarian initiative currently in its advanced planning and strategic development phase.

Due to its scope, international leadership involvement, and sensitive operational framework, detailed project structures and implementation models are maintained within a secure, leadership-only platform and are not publicly accessible at this time.

This public page presents the vision, purpose, and institutional direction of the initiative.

A Vision Born from Service

Operation Bangladesh was created as the flagship humanitarian mission of Shaker International Scholarship Programs (SISP), built upon the lifelong vision of its founder, Mr. Shaker.

From the earliest days of his life, the founder believed that serving people is the highest form of service — to humanity and to God.

Long before SISP formally existed, he consistently redirected personal comfort, luxury, and opportunity toward supporting those lacking access to education, healthcare, dignity, and basic life necessities.

This belief — that small sacrifices by one individual can transform the future of millions — became the foundation upon which Operation Bangladesh was conceived.

A Mission Designed to Uplift Millions

Operation Bangladesh was structured as a comprehensive humanitarian framework designed to:

This initiative was never intended as short-term aid, but as a long-term system of transformation.

Bangladesh was originally envisioned as the first host nation, with future expansion planned at a global scale.

A Historic Turning Point

During the early development phase of Operation Bangladesh, SISP experienced severe institutional harm in Bangladesh, including:

These incidents, combined with the absence of effective accountability, made it impossible to responsibly and ethically continue deploying a mission of this magnitude in that environment.

As a result, SISP made the strategic decision to place Operation Bangladesh on hold within Bangladesh and identify an alternative host nation that meets standards of:

The name Operation Bangladesh remains as the project’s founding identity, honoring its original vision, while future implementation proceeds in a country capable of safeguarding such a mission.

Commitment to Accountability and Truth

SISP believes that humanitarian work must be protected, respected, and upheld by strong institutions.

To maintain transparency and public accountability, the full history of events leading to this decision has been documented.

Looking Forward

Operation Bangladesh remains one of the most ambitious humanitarian initiatives developed within the SISP ecosystem.

While its initial deployment location has changed, the mission itself is now stronger, better protected, and globally oriented.

SISP is currently engaged in leadership-level discussions with alternative nations that align with the initiative’s values, safeguards, and long-term vision.

The future of Operation Bangladesh will be built on integrity, institutional protection, and lasting humanitarian impact.
