Media Release & Testimonial Consent Policy

Shaker International Scholarship Programs (SISP) values transparency, dignity, and responsible storytelling in all communications.

SISP may request or receive photographs, videos, audio recordings, written testimonials, or other media materials from scholarship recipients, volunteers, partners, or program participants.

Effective Date: March 2026

1. Voluntary Submission

Submission of any photo, video, audio, testimonial, or related media material to SISP is entirely voluntary.

Individuals are under no obligation to provide such materials and may choose whether to participate.

2. Authorization and License

By voluntarily providing such materials, the participant grants SISP a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to:

• Use
• Publish
• Reproduce
• Edit
• Distribute
• Display

These rights apply for purposes including, but not limited to:

• Mission awareness initiatives
• Educational outreach activities
• Promotional campaigns
• Social media publications (including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms)
• Website content and marketing materials

3. No Compensation

Participants acknowledge and agree that no financial compensation, royalties, or other payment is owed for the use of such materials.

4. Purpose of Use

All submitted materials are used solely for nonprofit, educational, awareness, and mission-related purposes consistent with SISP’s charitable objectives.

We share stories responsibly — honoring trust, dignity, and purpose.
