Shaker International Scholarship Programs (SISP) is a legally registered United States organization operating under applicable federal and state laws, organizational governance standards, and compliance procedures.

As our organization continues to grow, all official websites, digital platforms, social media assets, communication systems, operational records, intellectual property, publications, databases, and organizational infrastructure are subject to internal documentation, oversight, and security procedures.

NOTICE OF AUTHORIZED ACCESS

Access to organizational systems is restricted to authorized personnel and approved service providers acting within the scope of their assigned responsibilities.

Unauthorized access, credential misuse, impersonation, interference with organizational operations, fraudulent activity, unauthorized modification of systems, misuse of organizational resources, or attempts to obtain access beyond authorized permissions may violate applicable federal and state laws.

Applicable laws may include, but are not limited to:

• 18 U.S.C. § 1030 – Computer Fraud and Abuse Act

• 18 U.S.C. § 1028 – Fraud and Related Activity in Connection with Identification Documents and Access Devices

• 18 U.S.C. § 1343 – Wire Fraud

• Applicable United States copyright, trademark, cybersecurity, fraud, and intellectual property laws

ORGANIZATIONAL SECURITY

SISP maintains administrative oversight, access-control procedures, documentation requirements, and security measures designed to protect organizational assets, beneficiaries, volunteers, staff members, partners, and operational systems.

All personnel, contractors, developers, administrators, and service providers are expected to operate transparently, professionally, and within the limits of their authorized responsibilities.

REPORTING & COMPLIANCE

Any concerns regarding security, unauthorized access, impersonation, misuse of organizational systems, or compliance matters may be reported through official organizational communication channels for review.

The purpose of this notice is to promote transparency, accountability, organizational continuity, and the lawful operation of our humanitarian, educational, and public-benefit activities.
