Eligibility & Disqualification Policy

Shaker International Scholarship Programs (SISP) is committed to fairness, integrity, and the responsible protection of its mission.
As a private, independent nonprofit organization, SISP maintains full discretion in determining eligibility for scholarships, financial assistance, and program participation.
Effective Date: March 2026
1. Right to Refuse or Revoke Support
SISP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, deny, suspend, terminate, or revoke any scholarship, financial assistance, program participation, or institutional affiliation at any time.
Participation in any SISP program does not create a contractual entitlement to continued support.
2. Grounds for Disqualification
Disqualification or revocation of support may occur for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information
- Conduct that damages the reputation, integrity, or mission of SISP
- Harassment, defamation, or public misrepresentation of SISP
- Failure to uphold SISP standards, responsibilities, or ethical guidelines
- Conduct inconsistent with the values of academic integrity and respectful participation
SISP reserves the right to make determinations based on internal review, documentation, and relevant findings.
3. No Guarantee of Continued Assistance
All scholarships and assistance are conditional and subject to continued compliance with SISP policies, standards, and ethical expectations.
SISP maintains full discretion in all eligibility and continuation determinations.
Our mission depends on integrity, responsibility, and mutual respect.
