Mr. Shaker’s journey in Bangladesh began with a simple realization: countless talented students lacked the resources, opportunities, and support needed to develop their full potential. Despite strong ambition and ability, many students were unable to progress due to financial and structural barriers.
Believing that talent should never be wasted because of circumstance, Mr. Shaker founded the Shaker International Scholarship Program (SISP) as a step toward meaningful and lasting change. In 2023, he began supporting the first Bangladeshi student, marking the start of a broader humanitarian mission.
By 2024, SISP had already supported 10 students through multiple programs. These initiatives evolved into structured pathways designed to prevent dropouts and encourage continuous growth.
Shaker IASP focuses on elementary students, enabling transfers from public to private schools where they can access higher-quality education and nurture their talents from an early age.
Shaker ISP supports high school, college, and university students by reducing financial barriers that often cause students to abandon higher education.
Shaker W&SP bridges education and employment. This work-study program provides hands-on experience, improves communication and technical skills, and has helped many students transition into permanent roles.
Together, these programs form a complete support system— guiding students from childhood education to professional life. SISP’s mission is not only to educate, but to empower individuals who can contribute positively to Bangladesh’s future.
