Applicant Certification & Repayment Policy
All scholarships and assistance provided by Shaker International Scholarship Programs (SISP) are awarded based on the accuracy, completeness, and honesty of information submitted by applicants.
Effective Date: March 2026
1. Certification of Accuracy
By submitting an application or receiving assistance from SISP, the applicant formally certifies that:
- All information provided is true, accurate, and complete
- All supporting documentation submitted is authentic
- No material facts have been intentionally withheld
This certification applies to all written statements, uploaded documents, and communications submitted to SISP.
2. Discovery of False Information
If at any time SISP determines that false, misleading, fraudulent, or materially incomplete information was submitted, SISP reserves the right to:
- Immediately terminate financial assistance
- Revoke scholarship or program status
- Permanently disqualify the individual from future participation
Determinations may be made based on internal review, documentation, and relevant findings.
3. Repayment Obligation
In cases involving intentional misrepresentation or fraud, SISP reserves the right to demand repayment of all funds, benefits, scholarships, or assistance received.
SISP may pursue recovery through lawful means permitted under applicable law.
4. Legal Remedies
SISP reserves all rights to pursue available civil remedies where fraud, intentional deception, or misuse of funds is determined.
Integrity in application and participation is essential to protecting our mission and ensuring fairness for all.
