SISP’s Strategic and Symbolic Response

The formal registration of SISP in the United States marked a defining institutional response to corruption, fraud, and systemic obstruction encountered in Bangladesh.
This action was not merely administrative.
It was a strategic, symbolic, and principled stand for integrity, accountability, and justice.
A Vision Born From Service, Not Recognition
From its inception, Shaker International Scholarship Programs (SISP) was founded as a humanitarian mission — not as a conventional institution seeking recognition, benefit, or advantage.
Its Founder, Morad Shaker, deliberately chose for many years to operate without formal registration, guided by the belief that service to people is service to God.
The organization existed to:
- Uplift vulnerable students
- Support struggling families
- Build opportunity where none existed
- Launch transformative humanitarian initiatives such as Operation Bangladesh
There was never an intention to seek tax benefits, institutional credit, or formal status. The mission was rooted purely in service.
When Corruption Replaced Cooperation
What began as an effort to serve the people of Bangladesh with dignity and trust was ultimately met with:
- Organized financial fraud
- Institutional sabotage
- Cyber attacks
- Destruction of humanitarian programs
- Prolonged obstruction of justice
The depth of corruption — involving individuals, networks of influence, and failures within institutional systems — revealed a critical reality:
Integrity alone is not enough where accountability is absent.
A Strategic Return to the United States
In response, the Founder made the deliberate decision to return to the United States — his home, where he lives and works, and where he believes in the rule of law — and formally establish SISP as a registered nonprofit organization.
This moment represented a turning point.
It ensured:
- Protection of humanitarian missions
- Institutional strength
- Legal standing
- Access to international justice mechanisms
More importantly, it symbolized a refusal to allow corruption to silence service.
A Stand for Law, Justice, and Global Accountability
Registration in the United States transformed SISP from a vulnerable humanitarian initiative into a fully protected international institution.
Where corruption sought to dismantle its mission, SISP responded with structure, transparency, and legal authority.
Where injustice attempted to erase years of humanitarian work, SISP answered with accountability.
This move reflects a belief in:
- The rule of law
- Independent courts
- Justice based on truth — not influence or protection
Beyond Symbolism — Toward Formal Accountability
Establishment in the United States also enables formal international legal action.
Preparations are underway for comprehensive proceedings addressing:
- Individuals directly responsible for the fraud
- Systemic failures that enabled misconduct
- Institutional or structural obstruction of justice
This is not retaliation.
It is the pursuit of justice.
Humanitarian work must never be punished. Integrity must never be exploited.
A Message of Resolve
SISP’s response sends a clear message:
- Corruption will not defeat service
- Fraud will not erase humanitarian vision
- Obstruction will not silence accountability
When injustice closes one door, integrity opens a stronger one.
Looking Forward
With U.S. registration, SISP now operates under enhanced governance, cybersecurity, financial oversight, and global compliance standards.
What began as a humanitarian dream rooted in faith and service has become a fortified institution rooted in law, justice, and global accountability.
The mission continues — stronger than ever.
