Its Founder, Morad Shaker, deliberately chose for many years to operate without formal registration, guided by the belief that service to people is service to God.
The organization existed to:
- Uplift vulnerable students
- Support struggling families

- Launch transformative humanitarian initiatives such as Operation Bangladesh
There was never an intention to seek tax benefits, institutional credit, or formal status. The mission was rooted purely in service.
